Searched 8 and 9 October 2026, none of these names an Altigen company: the Utah Division of Air Quality's list of current notices of intent (new and modified sources); the Utah Public Service Commission's site; EIA's August 2026 inventory of U.S. generators (EIA-860M), planned and operating; BLM's NEPA register; the Utah Division of Oil, Gas and Mining's operator list; and the Division of Water Rights' points of diversion. In FERC's eLibrary, 'Jurassic Spark' found nothing, and 'Altigen' matched two filings (testimony and exhibits) in an unrelated Southwest Power Pool rate case (ER24-254) that were not read. The one water right of record with points of diversion on the permit land is 91-3260, owned by Duct Tape, LLC: a diligence claim to Soldier Creek water for stock watering, with an 1869 priority. At the 6 October meeting the company said its first water would come from existing industrial water rights it is negotiating for (the county's recording, about 0:22:32), and that it would recycle its wastewater (alt-002).

In plain termsNo state or federal permit, filing or listing in Altigen's name was found in the records searched. The only water right with a point of diversion on the land is an old stock-watering claim on Soldier Creek held by the co-applicant, Duct Tape; Altigen says it is negotiating for industrial water rights.
