The agenda of the Trust Lands Administration Board of Trustees' 17 September 2026 meeting, at which the board approved leasing Section 16, T14S R11E, north of Wellington, to Valar (mine-011), lists under 'Confirmation of Upcoming Meeting Dates': 'October 22, 2026 - Regular Meeting', 'November 19, 2026 - Regular Meeting' and 'December 2026 - No Board Meeting'; it gives no time or place for those meetings. The September meeting was set for 9:00 a.m. in the 6th-floor boardroom at 102 South 200 East, Salt Lake City; the board encouraged online attendance and allotted 15 minutes for public comment, three minutes per speaker, with remote speakers to use the 'Raise Hand' feature. As of 9 October 2026 the board's notice list on the state notice site showed no notice or agenda yet for 22 October.
